Asian Wedding Cake October 2010
This three tiered cake was made for my dear friends wedding in October. I decided to be a little but more creative. I made 2 white cakes and 1 chocolate cake. I iced them using buttercream, did a raspberry filling, covered it with fondant and decorated it with ribbon. It was a challenging cake but the end result is beautiful. So glad to be a part of this day.
Bobble Head Wedding Cake July 2010
This round 3 tiered white cake was iced in buttercream, covered with white fondant and decorated with ribbon and flowers. The grooms mother special ordered the bobble heads, I think its so cute and they did a pretty good job at replicating the bride and groom. I was a bridesmaid so it took a lot of organization to make sure it was done and set up and I still looked good to be a bridesmaid :)

My First Posting
I thought I would finally start a blog for my cakes. It will be so much easier to show people the different cakes I haev done. Although I started to decorate cakes just for fun, word of mouth travels fast and I am getting more requests. I've never done one of these blogs before so hopefully I do ok. Enjoy...
